Consent to Sending SMS/MMS Campaign Messaging

  • Prior to sending any campaign/marketing messages, the CRDN first sends a text message noting that for purposes of receiving any CRDN Campaign Messages, one must Reply “Y” for “Yes” or “Stop” to stop. Additionally, all such messages note that “Message and Data Rates may apply.”
  • For purposes of “Opt-In Messages,” the CRDN allows subscribers to “Text Start to receive text messages from CRDN.” Additionally, for purposes of ending such consent, subscribers may text “Stop” to end such consent or to Text “Help” for more information. Moreover, all such messages note that “Message and Data Rates may apply.”
